How to make contributions for your employees
There are several ways that you can make a contribution payment.
You can:
- Complete and return a Contribution List. On this form you will need to list the names and amounts you are paying for each employee. Just attach a cheque and post it to us.
- Use GuildSuper's free online service Super PaySmart Solutions. There are two Super PaySmart Solutions available to you. These are described below.
Super PaySmart Solutions
Save time by making your super contributions in a secure, easy to use online environment using one of GuildSuper's free Super PaySmart Solutions.
If you are not yet registered as a GuildSuper employer, please complete the Employer Application form to tell us how you'd like to pay your contributions.
Choose Employer Online if:
- you contribute for a small number of employees
- you want to select the bank account to pay your contributions from each time you pay
- you want to use BPAY, and
- most of your staff are GuildSuper members.

Choose the Clearing House^ if you:
- contribute for a larger number of employees
- pay to a number of funds as well as GuildSuper, and
- want a payment system that automatically deducts contributions from a nominated bank account.
