How do I join GuildPension?

Application checklist

Here is a quick guide to assist you in completing the forms for GuildPension.

  1. To understand fully the offer and associated conditions, please ensure you have read the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS).
  2. Decide which investment portfolios you would like to be invested in.
  3. Complete the GuildPension Member Application form on page 29 of the PDS nominating investments, your pension amount and frequency of payments.
  4. Complete the Tax File Declaration Form to ensure you are taxed (if at all) at the correct rates within GuildPension.
  5. Provide proof of age for both yourself and your reversionary beneficiary if you elect to have one. Proof of age is a certified copy of your passport or drivers licence.
  6. If you are opening your account with a rollover from a super fund, please complete the Request to transfer form (one for each fund from which you intend to rollover). This will allow us to bring your super benefits across to open a GuildPension account for you.
  7. Send your completed forms to:

GuildPension
GPO Box 1088
Melbourne VIC 3001

Once we have received and processed your application and any rollovers have  completed, we will send you a welcome letter confirming all of your account details.

Some super funds can take up to a month to release benefits, so you may find that this process is not completed as quickly as you would like. Please contact us at any time after you have sent your application through for a status update.

If you have any queries about completing the forms or GuildPension itself, please call Member Services on 1300 665 722, 8am to 7pm (AEST) Monday to Friday for assistance.
