Child Care Super Star Program Terms and Conditions

1.    Information on how to enter the Child Care Super Star Program (“Program”) forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Participation in this Program is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2.    The promoter of the Promotion is Guild Super Services Pty Ltd, ABN 79 672 642 394, which is a Corporate Authorised Representative of Future Group Financial Services Pty Ltd (ABN 90 167 800 580, AFSL 482684), the ‘Promoter’.

Program period

3.    The Program commences at 8am AEDT on 13th January 2025 and concludes at 5pm AEDT, 16th January 2026 the ‘Promotional Period’.

Entry eligibility

4.    There are two (2) types of entrants.

a.    Participating Employer entrants must:

i)     be an early childhood education or care centre or workplace of a provider of Early Childhood Care and Education Services,

ii)    use Child Care Super as a default or preferred superannuation fund for their employees, and

iii)   have signed up to the Program using the Promoter’s employer sign up form. A link to the Promoter’s employer sign up form will be provided in promotional emails issued by the Promoter or can be requested from employer@childcaresuper.com.au.

b.    Individual entrants, must be:

i)     an Australian resident,

ii)    employed (at the time of their nomination, and at the time of the Prize Draw) by a Participating Employer in the Program.

iii)   nominated by a Participating Employer as a Child Care Super Star of the Month using the Promoter’s online nomination form. A link to the Promoter’s online nomination form will be provided in promotional emails issued by the Promoter or can be requested from employer@childcaresuper.com.au.

5.    Each centre or workplace of a Participating Employer must sign up independently to the Program using the Promoter’s employer sign up form to be considered as a Participating Employer entrant who can nominate one (1) employee per month during the Program and qualify for entries in the Centre Star Prize draw.

6.    Individual entrants must be nominated as a Child Care Super Star of the Month by a Participating Employer entrant by the end of the Promotional Period using the Promoter’s online nomination form.

7.    Individual entrants can be nominated as a Child Care Super Star of the Month more than once during the Program by their Participating Employer.

8.    Employees of the Promoter and immediate family members of employees are excluded from participating in the Program.

9.    No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.

How to enter

10. Participating Employer entrants can nominate one (1) Child Care Super Star of the Month for each month in the 2025 calendar year.

11. Participating Employer entrants will receive one (1) entry in the draw for the Star Centre Prize per nomination made. 

12. Nominees must be employed at the Participating Employer entrant’s centre or workplace at the time of the nomination.

13. Participating Employer entrants must submit their nominations by the end of the Promotional Period using the Promoter’s online nomination form.

14. Individual entrants are automatically entered into the draw when a Participating Employer entrant nominates them as a Child Care Super Star of the Month during the Program Period.

15. An Individual entrant can be nominated in multiple months during the Program and will receive one (1) entry into the draw for the Star Prize per nomination.

16. All nominations must be provided by the Participating Employer by the conclusion of the Promotional Period.

17. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete, not provided by the Participating Employer or otherwise invalid.

Prize

18. The total Prize pool is estimated to be valued at AUD$2,500 and consists of two (2) Prizes.

a.    Star Prize: A $1,000 flight centre voucher for the winning Individual entrant randomly selected in the Star Prize draw.

b.    Star Centre Prize: A dinner hosted by Child Care Super for the employees of the winning Participating Employer entrant randomly selected in the Centre Prize draw. The dinner will be held in the Centre’s local area and valued at up to $1,500.

Winner selection

19. Two (2) winners will be drawn at random via a random number generator at 10am AEDT on 19th January 2026, by the Promoter.

20. The first winner drawn will be awarded to the Individual entrant who will receive the Star Prize.

21. The second winner drawn will be awarded to the Participating Employer entrant who will receive the Star Centre Prize.

22. The winners will be notified within 5 business days of the draw.

23. The winning Individual entrant will be notified via their Participating Employer at the email address provided in the Promoter’s employer sign up form for the Program.

24. The winning Participating Employer entrant will be notified at the email address provided in the Promoter’s employer sign up form for the Program.

25. To claim their prize:

a.    The winning Individual entrant will be required to contact Child Care Super via email at employer@childcaresuper.com.au within 21 days of the prize draw (no later than 5pm on 9th February 2026) and share an email address with the Promoter where the prize can be sent.

b.    The winning Participating Employer entrant will be required to confirm their acceptance of the prize by email to employer@childcaresuper.com.au within 21 days of the prize draw (no later than 5pm on 9th February 2026).

26. In the event that a Prize is unclaimed or forfeited, a redraw will be conducted in the same manner and from the same pool of Eligible Entrants as the first draw.

27. The Redraw Winner will be contacted in the same manner as the first draw within 5 business days of the redraw.

Prize delivery

28. The Star Prize will be emailed to the email address provided by the winner by 5pm on 14th February 2026.

29. For the Star Centre Prize, the timing, location and specific arrangements for the dinner will be agreed between the Promoter and the Participating Employer winner by 28th February 2026.

30. The Promoter is not liable for any issues with the recipient’s email delivery.

31. The Promoter is not responsible for any prizes lost, damaged or unused.

32. The Prize must be taken as offered, is not exchangeable or transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the Prize. Any incidental costs relating to the Prize are the responsibility of the Prize winner.

33. In the event that a Prize recipient is found to be ineligible or does not accept or take the Prize then it will be forfeited by the recipient and cash will not be awarded in lieu.

Limitation of liability

34. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained in connection with participation in the Promotion or accepting or utilising the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

35. The Promoter reserves the right at any time and without prior notice to cancel the Program or amend these terms and conditions.

36. Equity Trustees Superannuation Limited (ABN 50 055 641 757, RSE Licence L0001458, AFSL 229757) is Trustee of the Guild Retirement Fund ABN 22 599 554 834. GuildSuper, GuildPension and Child Care Super are products of the Fund. The Trustee does not in any way endorse, manage, or accept responsibility for this promotion. This Giveaway is managed solely by the Promoter.

Data protection and publicity

37. Information provided when entering the Program will be used by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the Program or for other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy. By entering this Program you consent for your information to be used in this way.

38. You may opt out of using the information provided for the Program to be stored or used for any other purposes.
